This image was made with an Infrared Super Color converted Canon SL1 at 590nm. The image was seriously backlit, so I needed to alter the lighting dynamics. Using Nik Color Efex pro4 I darkened the background while brightening up the rose in the foreground. Then the rose was sharpened and softened. Finally the red and blue color channels were swapped.
